The Little Book That Beats The Market by Joel Greenblatt

This little book explains practically everything you'd need to know to get started on stocks. All through an allegorical tale of the author’s son who wishes to sell gum and school, and his friends desire to make quick money. He breaks down how consumer spending and institutional ownerships help build a company and who to easily find the best interest for your cash. The book is astoundingly simple and lays such a solid foundation that even beginners and professionals stock owners will both find appealing. If you have any interest at all in investing, this two hour read is highly suggested.

I have read hundreds of books on value investing, Warren Buffett etc, and publish investment tutorials on value investing myself. I highly recommend Greenblatt’s ‘the little book that beats the market’. It could be one of your best investments ever!

Success in investing,
